There has is a lot of news to tell this week I don´t know where to start so it may be a little sporadic. First off thank you Hailey for the super funky fresh Brazilian bracelet I wear it around on p days and use it to mark my place in the doctrine and covenants. Don´t worry about sending me skittles your letter was already colorful enough for a couple months haha. Also thanks to the Tryon's they are awesome every week I get a letter and it is fun to see how things are going with them. Like with Jared and his ex girlfriend haha no worries Jared you are going on a mission anyways.
So some shocking news I discovered after our meeting with all the new companionships with President Jackson. Sister Neptune came up to me and told me about my last companion Elder Keeny. If you remember he was my companion in the Brazilian MTC and he was really good with the language. I had a hard time with him because he would never let me speak in the lessons which is kind of getting to me now because I developed a habit of waiting to speak instead of speaking when I need to. Anyway he is a good elder and was very spiritual and was Zone leader in both Provo and Brazil MTC and was captain of every sports team at his school so he was good at getting up and giving speeches to pump us up. Anyways the news with him is HE WENT HOME I would have never guessed it! I was so shocked at the news I forgot to ask why he went home weather it was health or desire. I wonder if there is anything I can do to help him like write a letter of something.
Also this week an elder got chicken pocks and is looking pretty bad haha but he is fine. This week was a week of miracles too, President Jackson talked about miracles that if you don´t look and pray for them they will never come. Our first miracle was with our investigator Jeneyclaudia who finally made the decision to be baptized this Saturday!! Another miracle I can think off off the top of my head right now was domingo I needed 10 more contacts to complete my goal for the week and I only had 3 minutes left and we were walking home and a group of kids I think 12 were sitting around at a gas station and I made a contact with all of them and completed my goal which completes all of our goals for the week! Next week will be twice as hard because we set a lot of hard goals for ourselves and we have 2 divisions planned for this week and one of them is for me to stay in my area and work with another elder(Pray for me) and the second is with my zone leader. Oh another miracle was yesterday with my card I use to get on the bus I put money on it every week and My companion and I were heading over to another missionaries house to do a sleepover so we could start off our p-day in their home. Anyways I got on the bus and realized I forgot to put money on my card the day before and I didn´t want to spend money on Sunday, but when I got up to swipe my card there was still a little money left on it! I am so excited to see the miracles this week!
Also my companion has been in this area for almost 6 months now and he might be transferred to another area next week! So this might be my last week with him even though he is my trainer and usually you stay with your trainer for 2 transfers or 12 weeks. I don´t know weather or not I want a new companion in this area because I still feel really new here with the names of streets, people, and the language haha. I know what ever will happen it will be for my good and the good of my area.
I love you all thank you for your letters, your support, and your prayers they are a big help in not only my work, but the whole work of the mission. I think I will be able to send my pictures today so be excited. Love you so much

Elder Crandall
Below are a few pictures that Elder Crandall sent home . He didn’t leave an explanation of the pictures so I am guessing the first 2 are from the MTC, 1st one is Probably all the letters that he got while he was there? and the last one may be his apartment that he is living in now. Write him and tell him what you want him to take a picture of, I think he needs ideas.
