Yea my companion got a football this week so we had an activity today were all we did was play football! Sandra thank you so much for the letter too bad I already went to the temple last week so it will be awhile before I get to go to the temple again, mas we will have an open house for our new capela (I thinks that's chapel in English) and I will give them a call to have them come visit. Unfortunately they live in another mission so I can’t leave, but they can come to my area ha-ha.
This week has been a little better we have an inactive member with his unmarried wife and kid come to church yesterday and they really loved it! We have been teaching them and I am excited to teach the Plan of Salvation and mark a wedding date YEA!
I agree with Sandra that here in Brazil the Pizza is soooo goood! Why don't the states have tuscana com chocolate crust?
Mom if you can send chocolate kisses to my friend that would be amazing! And since you are the Photoshop Queen could you make some pass along cards with my name and address and email and all that good stuff with a sick picture of me and a Brazilian and American flag in the back ha-ha.
Next week Claudio M Costa will visit our mission and we will have the whole mission there! So expect some awesome photos of me and Claudio M Costa ha-ha. This week the weather has been better so we have had a lot of opportunities to talk with people on the street and get a pretty good looking tan on. yea my goal is to get as dark as I can get so I can say that I am from Brazil (which I have already tricked a few people now ha-ha). My ward is super happy with me because they found out that I like Fish ha-ha they said they never had an American come in this area who liked fish so they never cook it for us (I just thought they never ate it down here ha-ha) so everyone in the ward is my friend and they are going to cook fish for me ha-ha. Did you know they have a subway down here? Yea we ate there for lunch today, but it was pretty expensive I should have gone to McDonalds I think it is cheaper ha-ha. So my companion had a pretty funny talk the other day were he used a star wars action figure and a brownie in his talk. There is only one word to describe him "Safado" which means without shame pretty much because he totally ate a brownie in front of us and said it was the best tasting brownie in the world. He used the action figure to grab their attention and the brownie to describe missionary work and how we as members have the gospel in our lives and we need to share it with others (which he hasn't shared yet ha-ha). It was pretty creative, but a little irreverent.
I am so excited for our new capela to open its not even funny because our office building is pretty small and is right behind a stripper house called "The Drive-In" yea that's disgusting all you do is drive in do your business and drive out, I hope the US isn't doing that.
Also I hit my 8 month mark last week and I still remember when I came out on the mission ha-ha. Its so true when people say the mission passes so fast, because it is coming true now. What I really want for Christmas is some snow right now because it is getting hot and no one down here has ever seen snow before so people get pretty excited when we talk about snow with them and also gingerbread houses ha-ha. But hey I get to talk to you guys in like 2 months so that will be pretty cool, I hope you don't make fun of my accent that I got ha-ha.
Brian keep up the good work in school and start saving up some money so when I get home you can buy me a motorcycle né! I feel so accustom here in Brazil that It feels like my home now. Yes Sandra I am eating arroz e feijão everyday e sinto falta quando não como rsrs. I think everyday I am becoming more and more Brazilian because I am starting to like every kind of Brazilian food and drink and unfortunately eating dog and cat down her is illegal so I might not get a chance to eat one down here unless I go to the inner part of Brazil were the people are pretty chill and eat anything.
