This week has passed by super fast like usual, but this week was very special because it was the First baptism of Elder Blackford! Vanessa asked that I would baptize her, but I was hoping that Elder Blackford would do it but tudo bem. It was funny because she said that I dunked her to fast and water got in her ear and she still hasn't got it out haha so she will remember this experience for ever haha. Its been a great week, we have meet a lot of people this week and we intent to find even more and mark them all for baptism. Our goal this month is 3 and to get this we have been working very very hard. I see that the lord is truly blessing us. Its great because we know that the Lord blesses us according to our desires and our efforts so we are dreaming big and we are going big by find people through every source possible. We area doing a lot of Family Nights and we have 5 families that the Bishop is interviewing and challenging them to find and give us references, and we are finding a lot of people through our own effort as well. I have knocked on all the doors in my area so now I am using other ways to find people. For example we got a reference of a family that moved in where I have previously knock on doors and we contacted them and she is already marked and excited for baptism. I will stay in this area for one more transfer, but I am dedicated to leave this area better than I found it, and I have already done that, but now I want to make it Zion.
Wow I really like the pictures of Grandmas birthday party, sounds like it was well planned out. That is cool that so many people were able to go, but did any except for dad in our family participate in the presentations haha (nossa família é preguisosa). I am excited to talk to you guys again for mothers day! its kind of crazy that I have been here since Christmas and will be talking to you again in the same area. So President said that we are able to talk for just and hour which is awesome because we can use Skype again! I can’t wait to talk to mom again!
This week its been raining a lot and its been super cold, but the spirit is warming the hearts of our investigators. Its been another awesome week, but right now we need to keep it going so please keep praying for us that we may find the elects and help them to the waters of baptism. Te Amo e Até mais!
